We are looking for exceptional back-end developers to help expand our product line while improving our resilience, scalability, and concision. We are hiring full and part time and are a fully remote company with no offices. We are open to hire for both junior and senior roles.
Especially useful experience includes:
Strong language and communication skills including a sense of irony and especially the ability to write concisely both in code and in English are held in extremely high regard.
The back-end codebase is mostly in javascript, written in a style influenced by functional programming. We are currently exploring re-writing critical sections in Rust and possibly an Erlang derivative, probably Elixir. We do not currently have a separate operations staff so experience with operations is also relevant.
